Maple Pecans

• 4 cups whole pecans
• 14 cup white corn syrup
• 14 cup maple syrup
• sugar

1. Toast pecans for 8 minutes.
2. Add corn syrup and maple syrup.
3. Mix.
4. Bake until candied.
5. Roll in sugar.
6. Serve hot.
