Pan fried fish nuggets
- 3 piece Cod fish sole
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 pinch salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- Crack eggs, add cornstarch, salt and pepper into eggs.
- Beat eggs.
- Dry fillet and cut into pieces (about 1 inch per piece)
- Add fillet to egg mixture.
- Add oil in pan.
- Cook about 10 pieces of fish in pan at a time depending the size of the pan.
- Cook each side for 5 mins.
- Flip the fish nuggets after 5 minutes.
- Serve until fish filets turn golden brown and crispy.
