Pan fried fish nuggets

  1. Crack eggs, add cornstarch, salt and pepper into eggs.
  2. Beat eggs.
  3. Dry fillet and cut into pieces (about 1 inch per piece)
  4. Add fillet to egg mixture.
  5. Add oil in pan.
  6. Cook about 10 pieces of fish in pan at a time depending the size of the pan.
  7. Cook each side for 5 mins.
  8. Flip the fish nuggets after 5 minutes.
  9. Serve until fish filets turn golden brown and crispy.
