Apple And Green Pear Chutney Recipe

  1. In a large, nonreactive pot, bring vinegar and brown sugar to a boil over high heat.
  2. Add in all remaining ingredients and turn heat to a simmer.
  3. Cook, stirring occasionally, till thickened, about 45 min.
  4. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
