Marinated Grilled Steak

  1. Combine melted butter, Worcestershire and liquid smoke in a small bowl.
  2. Place steaks in a dish or gallon size freezer bag and pour marinade over them.
  3. Let the steaks sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Then refrigerate 8-10 hours.
  5. Remove steaks from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to grilling them.
  6. Grill steaks according to your preference and discard the marinade.
