Marinated Grilled Steak
- 1 stick Butter, Melted
- 13 cups Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Liquid Smoke
- 4 whole Steaks Of Your Choice
- Combine melted butter, Worcestershire and liquid smoke in a small bowl.
- Place steaks in a dish or gallon size freezer bag and pour marinade over them.
- Let the steaks sit for 10 minutes.
- Then refrigerate 8-10 hours.
- Remove steaks from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to grilling them.
- Grill steaks according to your preference and discard the marinade.
