Kahlua Cheesecake

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Grease 9 X 1 1/2" pie plate.
  3. Dissolve coffee in Kahlua.
  4. Beat with remaining base ingredients on high speed 2 minutes, scraping the bowl frequently.
  5. Pour into pie plate.
  6. Bake about 35 minutes or until center is firm and puffed.
  7. Cool 5 minutes (top will be cracked).
  8. Mix Chocolate Topping: chocolate, powdered sugar, and Kahlua.
  9. Stir in sour cream and vanilla.
  10. Spread Chocolate Topping carefully over cheesecake.
  11. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
