ZAATAR & PITa CRUSTED CAULIFLOWER
- 12 cup flour
- 2 cups pita breadcrumbs
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 3 eggs
- reheat oven to 375 F degrees and cut cauliflower into large florets.
- Mix RawSpiceBars Zaatar spices, pita crumbs and salt to taste in a small bowl.
- Set aside.
- Beat eggs and slowly add the flour until well combined.
- Dip each cauliflower floret in egg mixture to coat fully.
- Roll cauliflower in breadcrumb mixture to coat full again.
- Place cauliflower in a greased baking dish.
- Repeat until all florets are breaded.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cauliflower is tender when pierced with a fork.
