Beefy Spinach-Parmesan Meatballs
- 1-2/3 cups hot water
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1 lb. extra-lean ground beef Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
- 1 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 egg whites
- 1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Add hot water to stuffing mix in large bowl; stir just until moistened.
- Add meat, spinach, cheese and egg whites; mix well.
- Shape into 60 (1-1/2-inch) balls.
- Place in 2 rimmed pans sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until done (160F), heating pasta sauce near end of baking time.
