Beefy Spinach-Parmesan Meatballs

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Add hot water to stuffing mix in large bowl; stir just until moistened.
  3. Add meat, spinach, cheese and egg whites; mix well.
  4. Shape into 60 (1-1/2-inch) balls.
  5. Place in 2 rimmed pans sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Bake 20 min.
  7. or until done (160F), heating pasta sauce near end of baking time.
