Honey Barbecue Kabobs

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic and black pepper.
  2. In a large container, pour mixture over turkey; marinate for 2 hours.
  3. Thread turkey, tomatoes and lemon wedges on skewers.
  4. Preheat charcoal or gas grill.
  5. Grill kabobs about 15 minutes, turning frequently until no longer pink and internal temperature reaches 170.
  6. Baste kabobs with honey barbecue sauce during grilling.
  7. Serve over a bed of cilantro.
