Hummos Dip
- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans
- 13 cup fresh lemon juice
- 13 cup tahini sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons water
- paprika, and
- olive oil (to garnish)
- Drain and rinse garbanzo beans.
- Put in food processor.
- Add remaining ingredients and process for 2 minute Spread on platter.
- Drizzle with Olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
- Toast round pitas in 400 degree oven for 10 minute Cut into triangles.
- Serve
