Frozen Fruit and Yogurt Cups

  1. Coarsely crumble the biscotti into 2 small bowls.
  2. Puree the yogurt and frozen raspberries in a blender until smooth and thick.
  3. Spoon the yogurt mixture over the biscotti.
  4. Drizzle each bowl with the honey and sprinkle the almonds on top.
  5. Serve with a cup of Americano coffee, if desired.
