Passion Fruit Sauce

• 3/4 cup passion fruit juice
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
• 2 tablespoons white rum

1. Pour the passion fruit juice into a small saucepan.
2. Add the sugar, orange juice, and rum, and cook over high heat until the sugar has melted and the sauce has thickened, 5 to 7 minutes.
3. Transfer to a bowl and chill in the refrigerator.
