Creamy Strawberry Pie Recipe

• 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn strawberries
• 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
• 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
• 1 (9 inch) shell, baked

1. Drain thawed strawberries, saving the syrup.
2. Add in sufficient water to the syrup to make one c.. Heat liquid to boiling.
3. Stir in the package of gelatin.
4. Add in 1 pint of ice cream by spoonfuls, stirring till melted.
5. Refrigeratemix till thickened.
6. Fold into the strawberries.
7. Pour into baked pie shell and refrigeratetill hard (don't freeze).
8. Serves 6-8.
