Crusty Parmesan Wing Rib Roast
- 1 1/2 kg beef rib roast
- 2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup KRAFT* Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 90g butter, melted
- Trim the roast of any excess fat.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl then press over the top of the beef to form a firm crust.
- Bake in a hot oven 200 degrees C for 15 minutes then reduce to 180 degrees C for one hour or until the required doneness.
- Allow to stand 10 minutes before slicing into four individual steaks.
