Crusty Parmesan Wing Rib Roast

  1. Trim the roast of any excess fat.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl then press over the top of the beef to form a firm crust.
  3. Bake in a hot oven 200 degrees C for 15 minutes then reduce to 180 degrees C for one hour or until the required doneness.
  4. Allow to stand 10 minutes before slicing into four individual steaks.
