Three Cheese Lasagna (No Ricotta Cheese)
- 15 whole Dried Lasagna Noodles (you May Want A Few Extra, In Case Of Breakage)
- 1 pound Ground Italian Sausage (or Beef)
- 32 ounces, weight Spaghetti Sauce
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Milk
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Grated Provolone Cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13 x 9 baking dish.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- In a large skillet, brown sausage until no longer pink.
- Drain.
- Mix sausage with pasta sauce.
- Set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- In another bowl, mix together the cheeses.
- Spread a thin layer of sauce/meat mixture on the bottom of dish.
- Then add a layer of noodles.
- Spread noodles with egg mixture, then add a layer of cheese.
- Repeat layers.
- Cover and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove cover and bake an additional 1015 minutes or until slightly bubbly.
