Grilled Tomato Crostini
- Four 3/4-inch-thick slices of ciabatta bread
- 1 garlic clove, halved
- Juicy Grilled Tomatoes
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- Salt
- 20 small basil leaves
- Light a grill or preheat a grill pan.
- Grill the ciabatta until toasted and charred in spots, about 1 minute per side.
- Transfer to plates and rub with the garlic halves.
- Spoon the tomatoes and their juices over the grilled bread and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt and basil and serve.
