Hearty Pasta and Pink Beans
- One 16-ounce bag frozen cheese ravioli, ricotta cavatelli, or gnocchi
- One 16-ounce can pink beans, drained and rinsed
- One 28-ounce jar good-quality chunky pasta sauce
- Grated fresh Parmesan cheese for topping, optional
- Cook the gnocchi according to package directions.
- Just before draining, add the beans to the water and cook briefly to heat them.
- Drain the mixture well and transfer to a serving container.
- Stir in the pasta sauce and serve, passing around some Parmesan cheese for topping, if desired.
