Peaches and Whipped Cream Pie
- 1 each pie shell (9 inch) 9 inch, unbaked
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour, all-purpose
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 cups peaches peeled sliced
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream garnish
- Preheat oven 350.
- Prick pie shell with fork.
- Bake 10 minutes.
- Cool.
- Oven to 400.
- Combine sugar, flour, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon in lg bowl.
- Add peaches and toss gently.
- Spoon mixture into pie shell.
- Pour whipping cream over top.
- Bake until set, 40 to 45 minutes.
- Let cool to room temp.
- Serve with whipping cream.
