Shut the Front Door Baconator Po's #SP5

  1. Pre heat oven to 425.
  2. Brush the potato slices generously with bacon fat.
  3. In a pie plate conbine the bread crumbs, salt and cayenne.
  4. Press potato slices in the bread crumb mixture on both sides.
  5. Place in a pan sprayed with non stick spray and bake until golden brown.
  6. Might take 20 minutes.
