Chicken With Lemon Caper Sauce Recipe

  1. Heat butter in skillet.
  2. Add in chicken, saute/fry 6-8 min till done, turn once.
  3. Remove chicken and keep warm.
  4. Stir in lemon, water, parsley, pepper and capers.
  5. Deglaze pan.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Add in lowfat sour cream and stir.
  8. Spoon over chicken and serve.
