Garden Patch Franks

• 1 pkg. (16 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Selects Uncured Hardwood Smoked Turkey Franks
• 1 small tomato, chopped
• 1/4 cup chopped cucumbers
• 3 radishes, sliced
• 2 green onions, sliced
• 8 whole wheat hot dog sandwich rolls
• 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing

1. Heat franks as directed on package.
2. Combine next 4 ingredients.
3. Place franks in rolls; top with tomato mixture and dressing.
