Blueberry Jello Mold Recipe

  1. Drain fruit (pineapple and blueberries).
  2. Dissolve Jello in warm water.
  3. Add in fruit juice (not blueberry) and water to make 2 more c.. Refrigerateto slightly thickened.
  4. Add in fruit.
  5. Pour into 9 x 13 inch or possibly 7 x 11 1/2 inch pan.
  6. Chill.
  7. Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and lowfat sour cream.
  8. Mix in nuts.
  9. Spread over set Jello.
