Firm Tofu, Komatsuna & Tuna Stir-Fry
- 1 bunch Komatsuna
- 1/2 block Firm tofu
- 1 can Canned tuna (small)
- 1/4 Carrot
- 1 tsp Chicken soup stock granules (if available)
- 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- Lightly remove the excess water from the tofu.
- (Wrap it in a paper towel and microwave for 2 minutes, without using plastic wrap.
- Let cool still in the paper towel, and then drain.)
- Cut the vegetables into sizes that will cook quickly (cut the komatsuna into 2 cm pieces and the carrot into thin strips).
- Pour the oil from the tuna can into the hot frying pan.
- Add the vegetables in the following order: carrot, komatsuna stalk, komatsuna leaves.
- Mix everything together as you stir-fry (medium heat).
- When everything has become tender, add the tuna and the chicken soup stock granules.
- Add the tofu while breaking it apart and then mix it with the other ingredients.
- Pour in the soy sauce and stir-fry until the liquid in the pan simmers away.
- Optionally, top with bonito flakes to make it taste even better!
