Butterscotch Bites (Gluten Free)

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Cream butter and sugar together using an electric mixer.
  3. Beat in egg, then flours.
  4. Stir in nuts.
  5. Drop by teaspoonsfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
  7. Remove immediately from baking sheet to wax paper and allow to cool.
  8. Store loosely covered.
