Top Banana Bars
- 12 cup flour
- 12 cup wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon toasted wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 1 beaten egg
- 12 cup packed brown sugar
- 13 cup milk
- 14 cup cooking oil
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 ripe medium banana, mashed
- 13 cup mixed dried fruit
- Grease a 11 by 7 inch baking pan.
- Set aside.
- In a bowl, combine dry ingredients.
- Set aside.
- In another bowl, stir together egg, sugar, milk, oil and vanilla.
- Stir in banana and fruit bits.
- Add banana to flour mixture, stirring to combine.
- Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.
- Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Cool in pan on wire rack.
- Cut into bars.
