Grandmother's Refrigerated Fruit Cake Recipe

• 8 ounce. maraschino cherries
• 1 pound box dark raisins
• 1 quart. minced pecans
• 1 pound crushed graham crackers
• 1 pound marshmallows
• 1/2 pound butter
• Juice from cherries

1. Mix together cherries, raisins, pecans, and graham crackers.
2. Heat marshmallows, butter, and cherry juice in double boiler and pour over first mix.
3. Roll in waxed paper or possibly foil.
4. Store in refrigerator.
