OAMC Beef Stew

  1. Brown beef and veggies in olive oil.
  2. mix all ingredients in large ziploc bag.
  3. Lay flat to freeze.
  4. Coon in crock pot for 6-7 hours on low.
  5. Can be started from frozen.
