PB&J Cereal Treats

  1. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with foil.
  2. Lightly grease foil; set aside.
  3. Melt butter in large saucepan on low heat.
  4. Add marshmallows; cook until melted, stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in cereal.
  7. Press firmly into prepared pan; cool completely.
  8. Remove formed cereal mixture from pan by turning pan upside down on cutting board.
  9. Remove pan; peel off foil.
  10. Cut rectangle in half lengthwise.
  11. Spread one half with peanut butter; spread other half with jam.
  12. Stack halves, peanut butter and jelly sides together, to form sandwich.
  13. Cut into 36 squares to serve.
  14. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
