Brine

  1. Combine all your spices in a large pot of cold water
  2. Stir to combine
  3. Add chicken and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs.
  4. Now this is more of a base method.
  5. Feel free to add any spices you prefer.
  6. The big thing is the salt and water.
  7. Your chicken will be flavorful,moist and delicious!
  8. I tend to overcook my fried chicken so this helps ensure a juicy chicken every time
