Rum Royal Eggnog

  1. In a small punch bowl, combine eggnog, ice cream, coffee and rum flavoring.
  2. Top with whipped cream and a dash of nutmeg.
  3. If you want to use regular rum instead of extract, here's the conversion.
  4. 1 tsp rum extract = 3 tbsp rum/to taste The ratio of light rum will be closer to 4 tbsp while dark rum requires less, closer to 2 tablespoons.
