Vodka Sauce

  1. Melt butter and cook onion, garlic and Italian seasoning until onion is translucent.
  2. Add tomatoes, simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Add vodka, simmmer 5 minutes.
  4. Add cream and shredded cheese.
  5. Simmer until sauce thickens.
  6. Serve over cooked pasta.
