Spinach and Egg Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a large saucepan, cook spinach according to package directions; drain well.
  3. Stir in soup, mustard and ham.
  4. Pour into a 9 X 9 inch baking pan.
  5. Top with eggs.
  6. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
  7. Optional - sprinkle with paprika for added color.
