Bailey's Bouillabaisse (Fish Stew) Recipe
- 1 x Onion, large diced
- 2 c. Celery, diced
- 3 x Potatoes, small diced
- 3 c. Boiling water
- 2 c. Skimmed lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 lb Cod or possibly Flounder
- 2 c. Broccoli, diced
- 2 c. Cauliflower, diced
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Marjoram
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- Cook the onion, celery, and potatoes in the water for 10 min.
- Mix a little lowfat milk with the flour to create a soupy paste and set aside.
- Add in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Add in the flour mix, stirring constantly.
- Simmer for 15 to 20 min.
