Caramelized Pineapple Satays

  1. Place pineapple on a flat surface and pierce skewers.
  2. Lightly coat the top with brown sugar.
  3. In a skillet, combine butter and cardamom and melt over medium heat.
  4. Add skewers, brown sugar side down, and cook until caramelized, about 2 minutes.
