refried black beans

  1. in pressure cooker cook beans with salt water and onion for about 45 minutes
  2. in fry pan heat up manteca and add a couple small slices of onion , when onion starts browning start adding the beans slowly and carefully because it can jump.
  3. when you have got enough beans in the fry pan add about 1 cup of the bean juice and smash them with a potato smasher.
  4. salt to taste
