Stir Fried Beef and Asparagus in Oyster Sauce

  1. Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Rub sake, salt and pepper in for seasoning.
  3. Peel the hard part off asparagus.
  4. Cut the asparagus and leek diagonally.
  5. Mince seasonings.
  6. Heat a pan with sesame oil and cook until fragrant.
  7. Add the doubanjiang spicy bean paste and cook together.
  8. Add the beef, when browned, add , the asparagus stem into the pan.
  9. Put the leek, the rest of asparagus and the oyster sauce into the pan in the end.
  10. Cook all together.
  11. Finally season with salt and pepper.
  12. Serve to a plate.
  13. It's done.
  14. If you have coarsely ground black pepper, sprinkle on a lot.
