How to Cook Spaghetti Squash
- 1 whole Spaghetti Squash (the Fatter The Better)
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Slice squash width-wise into 1 thick rings.
- Run a knife around the interior of the rings to remove the seeds.
- Discard the seeds.
- Place the rings on a rimmed cookie sheet that youve lined with parchment paper and bake for 40 minutes.
- Remove from oven.
- Allow squash to cool for 15 minutes, then peel the skin away and separate the strands into long noodles.
- Enjoy topped with your favorite sauce or mix 50/50 with regular spaghetti pasta for a medium-carb option.
