How to Cook Spaghetti Squash

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Slice squash width-wise into 1 thick rings.
  2. Run a knife around the interior of the rings to remove the seeds.
  3. Discard the seeds.
  4. Place the rings on a rimmed cookie sheet that youve lined with parchment paper and bake for 40 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven.
  6. Allow squash to cool for 15 minutes, then peel the skin away and separate the strands into long noodles.
  7. Enjoy topped with your favorite sauce or mix 50/50 with regular spaghetti pasta for a medium-carb option.
