Tomato Sauce with a hint of Cheese Recipe dpecar
- 5 or 6 large tomatoes
- 2 yellow onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 a cup of goat cheese
- Cut up the tomatoes into small pieces (about 1/2 inch sq.).
- If you want a less chunky sauce then be sure to cut the skin off of the tomato.
- Chop both onions into relatively small pieces (depending on how you like it.)
- Peel the garlic and smash it with a garlic smasher.
- First, simmer the onions in a large pan until they become yellow.
- Now add all of the tomatoes and stir around.
- Keep the tomatoes in the pan until most of the juice evaporates.
- Put in whatever spices you like best, I usually use oregano, basil, and thyme.
- Make sure to add some salt and pepper.
- With about 6 minutes left dump the garlic in the pan and stir some more.
- After putting the sauce on the pasta immediately mix the goat cheese in with everything else.
- Enjoy!
