Ham and eggs
- 6 eggs
- 1 Serrano pepper
- 1 oil
- Pour a thin layer of oil in skillet and heat.
- Cut ham and serrano pepper into bits and sautee in hot oil until the edges brown.
- In separate bowl beat eggs and then pour on top of ham and serrano pepper.
- Cook like you would scramble eggs and enjoy!
- Serve with beans and tortillas!
