Ham and eggs

  1. Pour a thin layer of oil in skillet and heat.
  2. Cut ham and serrano pepper into bits and sautee in hot oil until the edges brown.
  3. In separate bowl beat eggs and then pour on top of ham and serrano pepper.
  4. Cook like you would scramble eggs and enjoy!
  5. Serve with beans and tortillas!
