Pepperoni Buns Recipe

  1. Blend dry ingredients.
  2. Add in oil, water, and Large eggs.
  3. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Knead till smooth.
  5. Let double in bulk, about 1 hour.
  6. Punch down.
  7. Roll into 1/4 inch thick rectangle.
  8. Cut into 24 squares.
  9. On each square, overlap pepperoni slices in a straight line down the center, leaving room at top and bottom to seal.
  10. Fold top and bottom to center.
  11. Roll from side to side, keeping pepperoni straight; seal roll.
  12. Place in baking pans and let rise.
  13. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
  14. Makes 24.
