Spicy Ukranian Sausage Patties (Kovbasa)

  1. Make sure your meats have been put through a fine grinder.
  2. Combine all ingredients thoroughly including seasonings.
  3. Pinch off a small piece and fry, to taste for seasoning.
  4. Form into 2 1/2-inch patties and saute in oil until brown.
