Nitkos Cheese Spread

  1. Hard boil egg and when done finely mince yolk and white.
  2. Very finely mince garlic and dill.
  3. Mix cheese, sour cream, eggs, dill, and garlic, paprika and salt to make creamy mixture.
  4. Cool and serve with crackers, mini tortillas, toast or fresh bagels.
  5. It will last few days in refrigerator.
