Meagan's Famous Spinach Dip Recipe

• 1 env. vegetable soup mix
• 16 ounce. lowfat lowfat sour cream
• 1/2 c. low-cal mayonnaise
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
• 10 ounce. pkg. frzn spinach
• 8 ounce. can water chestnuts

1. Thaw, drain and squeeze dry spinach.
2. Drain and chop water chestnuts.
3. Mix all ingredients in bowl.
4. Keep chilled.
