chick-pea. soup

  1. put chick-pea on water to soak for about 1hr
  2. cut the chilli in thin slide round
  3. wash and peal the potato cut in cubes
  4. chop the tomato and onion
  5. in a pan add the olive oil
  6. stir the potato onion tomato and chilli
  7. for about a minute or so
  8. clean the chick-pea and add to the pan
  9. add bout 6cups of water and the chicken bouillon.
  10. salt to tastes and let it simmer for 30cover
