chick-pea. soup
- 3 potatoes
- 2 tomatos
- 2 chili serrano
- 1/4 onion
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 packages chick-peas
- 1/2 tsp chicken flavor bouillon
- put chick-pea on water to soak for about 1hr
- cut the chilli in thin slide round
- wash and peal the potato cut in cubes
- chop the tomato and onion
- in a pan add the olive oil
- stir the potato onion tomato and chilli
- for about a minute or so
- clean the chick-pea and add to the pan
- add bout 6cups of water and the chicken bouillon.
- salt to tastes and let it simmer for 30cover
