Walnut Crumb Bars

  1. In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar and vanilla.
  2. At low speed, bet in eggs, one at a time, alternately with crumbs.
  3. With rubber spatula, fold in coconut and nuts.
  4. Turn into a well greased 9x9x2-inch cake pan.
  5. Bake in a preheated 325F oven for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
