Rice Chex Candy Cookie

• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup corn syrup, white (karo) white
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups peanut butter crunchy
• 1 cup pecans chopped
• 5 cups rice chex cereal

1. Boil sugar and Karo for one minute.
2. Remove from stove.
3. Add vanilla and peanut butter, blend together.
4. Pour over Rice Chex and nuts.
5. Mix well and drop on wax paper.
