Zuppa di Legumi Recipe

  1. Chop the onion, the rosemary, red pepper, and let brown in a pan with olive oil.
  2. Add the legumes and let the flavors blend.
  3. Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, and stir.
  4. All 2 liters of water and let gently cook for about 2 hours.
  5. Serve with olive oil and grated parmesan.
