Pizza Meatloaf
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Condensed Tomato Soup
- 1/2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 1 cup Dry Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 cups Minced Onion
- 1 whole Egg
- 1- 1/2 pound Ground Chuck
- 1/2 cups Or More Of Shredded Cheese, Your Choice!
- In a small bowl, mix the tomato soup with 1/4 cup water, oregano, and garlic salt.
- Measure 1/4 of it out and reserve the rest.
- Add the 1/4 cup seasoned soup mix to the rest of the ingredients, except for the cheese.
- Mix into a loaf and bake at 350F for approximately 50 minutes.
- Drain the fat off and top with the rest of the seasoned soup mix and cheese.
- Put in the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Let it sit for a few minutes to cool, then slice and serve.
- Good with mashed potatoes and a salad.
