Grilled turkey and havarti sandwiches with garlic mayo

  1. Make the mayo three hours before using
  2. Put mayo in cup or bowl
  3. Chop garlic finely or use garlic press
  4. Add garlic to mayo and stir
  5. Put in fridge for at least three hours stirring occasionally
  6. Sandwich time...take mayo and put light layer on outside of bread for grilling.
  7. Add mayo on inside more then outside add one slice of cheese
  8. Add Turkey and top with the other piece of cheese
  9. Grill in frying pan...low and slow is my secret to a great grilled sandwich
  10. When golden brown and melty cheese its done ...enjoy
