Watermelon Martini

• 1 cup watermelon, seeded and diced
• 1 1/2 ounces currant flavored vodka
• 1 tablespoon orange flavored liqueur
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• 1 tablespoon creme de cassis
• Pickled watermelon rind, for garnish

1. Puree diced watermelon in a food processor.
2. Strain through a fine mesh sieve.
3. Fill martini shaker with ice.
4. Add all ingredients and shake vigorously.
5. Strain into chilled martini glass and garnish with pickled watermelon rind.
