Foil-Pack Fish Florentine for Two

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Spoon 3/4 cup rice onto center of each of 2 large sheets heavy-duty foil; top with fish.
  3. Place spinach around fish; drizzle with dressing.
  4. Fold to make 2 packets.
  5. Place in single layer in shallow pan.
  6. Bake 15 min.
  7. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  8. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packets.
  9. Sprinkle ingredients in packets with cheese.
